Unfortunately, all my efforts to create backlinks, articles with keywords, promoting the site on Facebook and Twitter gave only temporary results. The site reached the first positions for several keywords. But he did not last long in the first positions. Naturally, the professionals knocked the amateur out of his undeserved place in Google Search.
SEO: Backlinks and Google Reality.
As you can see, Google still recognized 11K of my backlinks out of 49K, which so far (as of 06/11/2023) remained behind the scenes.
But the site’s position did not rise in any way either in the Ahrefs or Moz measurement systems.
The easiest way to be first on Google is to pay Google.
Semrush gives the same statistics as two months ago. According to Semrush, the Acupuncture 08831 website is ahead of all virtual competitors in all respects. But apparently Google has its own opinion on this matter.
Of course, I really want to figure out how it all works? Google somehow surpassed Yahoo in terms of consumer traffic.

On the other hand, how many visitors came to my table through Google? There is no secret, I will say: 3 people for 3 weeks of advertising for $32 per day. That is, in three weeks I paid $700 to Google and $250 to FB.
Two words about CTR.
They could have done it quite honestly: the first place on the first page costs $300, the second - 250, and so on. Everything would be clear and transparent.
Actually, all of their CTR's are auctions of prices for space on the first page.
From Google: "CTR is the number of clicks that your ad receives divided by the number of times your ad is shown: clicks ÷ impressions = CTR. For example, if you had 5 clicks and 100 impressions, then your CTR would be 5%."
