3 - practice only one yoga exercise - Savasana, if you know what I mean: daily for 15-20 minutes on a hard surface with complete relaxation of body and spirit.

The easiest way to analyze health cases.
1 - your visit to your family doctor or specialist;
2 - after the consultation, you should have a treatment plan that you understand;

3 - when you have a plan (from your doctor), ask about your personal actions to improve your problem:
- maybe you need to eat right;
- or quit smoking and start going to the gym;
- or maybe you just need a high-quality orthopedic mattress on which you can sleep well.

4 - when the treatment plan is clear to you, stop worrying and simply follow the instructions of your doctor.
After these four points, how else can you help the situation?

Family problems are always the most difficult. 

Only because it is not possible to simply fire your children from the family. Whether they get speeding tickets or not, they are still your children.
If anyone in your family has health problems, go back to the beginning of this paragraph and read everything again.

Stress management for business leaders.

Business stress is usually slightly lower in load than possible family problems, but not for everyone.
Stress of a manager and business leader arises for a number of reasons already listed and specifically production or management reasons.
The reason may be your own incompetence.

Incompetence is eliminated by education or understanding of the inappropriate pattern of behavior. Your stress at work may be due to health problems.
Another reason is the lack of quality training for your company's employees.
How can an employee understand what you want from him if you have poorly instructed him or not trained him at all? Most errors occur precisely for these reasons. Train your employees according to your plan, check how much they understand you, create simple cases on previously existing problems.

Your stressed leader should “stay at work” or involve your family to find solutions. How it works?
There is such a technique as “talking out the situation.” It is used in many psychological schools under different names.

The point is that a “person with a problem” needs a good (quality) listener. A quality listener will delve into your problem and ask you different questions along the way. If your spouse simply knows how to listen, this will help, but it is better to turn to specialists. The best specialist in this technique may be the previous owner of your business, who sold this business to you. Or someone who worked in your position before you.

How does speaking technology work?
By answering your listener’s questions, new ideas and unexpected solutions begin to “come” to you. Have you ever tried it? So attend relevant seminars.
If you have already made a plan to solve your stress, 50% is done. Look for performers to delegate responsibility.
