Acupuncture points or saturating the body with Qi energy.
My morning usually starts at 5 am - the phone is turned off.
And my working day is from 11 am - the phone is on.
Between 5 am and 7 am I usually have time to do a self-diagnosis; view your aura; eliminate energy outflows after night dreams; and gain the energy of the Dawn into each of your chakras and into the aura as a whole.
Then it’s time for my book. 2023 - time of book five.
There is complete balance with my book and my aura. And equal distribution of time. Just energy from 5 to 7 am, and the creative process from 7 to 9 am.
At 9 am I turn on my phone.
It's just that before 9 am is not his time. Until 9 am is my time.
From 9am (usually) client schedule for today; checking personal and business emails. Making plans for today, except for clients.
And be sure to brew your wife her favorite coffee by 9 am.
Because a wife should be kind in the morning. And this is important to me.
Two of the eight principles of Chinese acupuncture philosophy: external and internal.
External is the Aura with all the energy: which is outside the physical body.
This also includes the Epheric or Etheric body, which is visible at dawn or at full moon around the Moon.
The internal is the Sushumna (Sanskrit) channel in yoga philosophy.
And the impact on Sushumna is achieved through meditative practice with the Post-Middle Meridian of Du Mai acupuncture.
The internal ones include all our Chakras that enter the human Astral body.
The only treatise in the world that connects India and China is the Atlas of Tibetan Medicine. Which is called "Blue Beryl".
In it, Yoga Chakras and Acupuncture Meridians are given together as a single system.
Some details of my personal sequence for balancing and saturating myself with Qi or Prana.
I always start with the Inner.
Because the Internal is more important to me than the External.
Since my experience dates back to 1978, 15 minutes is enough for me to activate the Sushumna channel, all 7 chakras and acupuncture points: Yin Tong, a complex of Xi Shen Kong points, 25 and 24 points of the Du Mai meridian and 20 points of the large intestine channel. My morning starts with them.
My 4 hours a day to create a new website Acupuncture-08831.
Unfortunately, since the birth of my new brainchild - my acupuncture website - the creative implementation with the Fifth Book about the Path through the different Forces of the Universe had to be postponed.
Just like my inner doubts: what is important? Concrete acupuncture site or Abstract philosophy of Sankhya (Sanskrit) and Yoga of Patanjali.
Google Search Console Metric for My site 08/27/2023.
As of 08/27/2023, Google Search Console showed my 67 backlinks from external sites. I've done a lot more myself. I had a Plan (read the news earlier - 08/04/2023)
During the period from 02/07/2023 to 08/27/2023, many posts were made with backlinks on FB, Twitter, Pinterest. Where is all this? Why does Google Console not want to take into account my humble efforts? How many descriptions have I made on YouTube with backlinks to my new site? FB metrics show that my posts were promoted by the “share” button more than 1000 times. Where is all this?

On August 27, Google gave me a second medal. Look to the right.
And this is for 4 hours of daily work, 4 hours a day, seven days a week.
Maybe I'm doing everything too slowly? But I have a blast. Yes.

I just followed my Website Promotion Plan. Persevere. Daily. 2 hours every morning from 7 to 9 am. 2 hours at work, between clients. From 1 to 2 hours in the evening while I was waiting for my wife to get home from work.
To promote using Google, Moz, and Ahrefs Metrics, you need articles with keyword titles and backlinks. Who helped me?
