For date August 4, 2023 - my DA = 4. Linking Domains = 30. I have 77 backlinks. Zero Ranking Keywords.
After several weeks, at August 27, 2023 my score at Ahrefs was DR=10.
By the way, according to Google Search Console metrics (site news for August 27), I have 67 Backlinks.
But I did MUCH more than 67. Where is the rest? This means Google is deliberately not taking into account the full picture.
And if Google doesn’t take into account, then Moz only takes into account what he wants. Let's not be offended. We will not.

My 08/04/2023 website Metrics from Ahrefs: DR=4.7; Backlinks-271, amount of Linking websites to my website - 61.
At 08/27/2023 my Ahrefs score jumps from 4.7 to 10. Backlinks = 6,800 with Referral Domains = 4,500.
I just assume that Metrics did not have accurate date for 08/04/2023.
It’s just that the “measuring machines” wander around like tourists in the fog.
Because Google hides its Algorithms like the Pentagon hides military secrets.
Any measurements are an attempt to “scientifically” explain to the owner of a local Chevrolet “why the Toyota dealership comes out in first place on Google", higher than Chevy, although Chevy is local and patriotic. And Toyota is Asian-style modest and certainly reliable.

Unfortunately, Artificial Intelligent (AI) told me about his/her limitations. AI ChatGPT-3(? some version) has only information until summer 2021. After summer of 2021 - AI has blackout. No memory.
According AI - its 1.9-2.1 millions of search signals in US during 2020. No specific information about longer than just "Acupuncture" keyword.
With over 17,000 licensed acupuncturists in the US - 1,900 searches per year simply cannot keep everyone employed. And there are always more people asking than those who come.

So far, at the moment of my research, randomly found statistical data on queries in the aspect of acupuncture as a therapy cannot be perceived adequately. Moreover, it is impossible to build either a business strategy or tactics on them at the local or statewide level.
Just compare the number of licensed professionals to the number of requests. These numbers cannot possibly correlate with each other.
